While updating my links page, I went through my "sites" bookmark folder. I would bookmark all of the cool sites I see while websurfing into this folder. Then it happened...

Page Not Found

The requested web page was not found on this site.

I fell down on my knees. Just kidding, it kind of suck the decided to delete the site. Then I remember the Reddit thread about this. People are definitely entitled to what they do for their site.

Personally, I would keep this site up because I don't think I am sharing anything intimate or super personal. Also, I love looking back on past projects, journals and past me. Something about looking at old pictures, old projects, artwork and thoughts give me a better insight on myself. When you change and improve overtime, you become proud of what you achieved in the past.

However, after seeing what hateful people do and say, I respect the decision to delete and move on. Stalking, harassment and bullying for past mistakes would be awful. The beauty of the internet is, you can leave. I am not entitled to force a site to stay alive, it is selfish. But I can thank and show gratitude for the webmaster for birthing it.

The tumblr site my 16 years old self made is probably floating somewhere in the void.
